Conditions

• Quiet residential area: parties, events and disturbances are strictly forbidden
• Only the number of guests booked is allowed unless previously authorised
• No smoking inside (only on open terraces or balconies, with care of furniture and grass)
• A refundable damage deposit of 500€ is required (refundable after departure, subject to inspection)
• One dog allowed with a 100€ surcharge for the total stay
• Non-compliance may result in loss of the deposited security deposit
