Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden and swimming pool area through large windows.
The interior of Par 4 Villa 7 is completed with a large fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room framed in natural stone with direct access to the fabulous terrace. Par 4 Villa 7 is distributed on one floor and is ideal for families with children or people who prefer to avoid stairs or have reduced mobility. All rooms are air-conditioned for comfort.
Outside there is a private heatable swimming pool (with a supplement) 8 metres long by 4 metres wide, a garden area, a built in barbecue and a large semi-covered terrace with outdoor dining furniture and rest area. The services included in the price are:
- Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
- Late check in available and on request.
- Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
- Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
- A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
- A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
- This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
- A deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
