• Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.
• A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
• A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

• This property is located in a residential building, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
• Guests will be required to pay a deposit of 600 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
• A private parking space can be hired for a surcharge of 15.00 EUR per night upon request.
• Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
