We are pleased to present you this magnificent apartment, with a superb location at the foot of the Playa del Inglés promenade and 20 meters from the elevator that takes us directly to the beach. If you prefer, it also has access to the beach by stairs located just 50 meters from the property.

Located in an exclusive and very quiet complex with a communal pool and beautiful gardens with direct access to the promenade, this apartment has two bedrooms, a complete bathroom with hydromassage shower and a spacious kitchen-living room. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom, as can be seen in the photos, has two crossed beds as a bunk-bed not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The location is unbeatable, since it is a few minutes walk from the Ecumenical Temple Church, the Plaza and Kashbah shopping centers, supermarkets and restaurants and the Dunamar hotel, whose visit we also highly recommend. The shared pool is only heated from November to May.

Conditions

• This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
• Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
• This property does not accept pets.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
• A deposit of 400 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
• Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
• Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:
  • Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
  • Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
  • Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
